What exactly will I receive as a coaching client?

An initial, complete evaluation of your training history. (normally a $150 value)

 

This is where it all begins.  As soon as you sign up, you will receive a detailed evaluation packet.  This evaluation is extremely thorough, yet takes you only 5 minutes to fill out.

The information you provide to me makes it possible for me to write you a totally customized training routine based on my 10-point assessment.

 

 

 

 

An in-depth custom designed exercise program (normally a $249 value)

 

Your custom training program is extremely comprehensive yet easy to follow.  Everything is figured out for you, including: sets, reps, exercises, rest intervals, progressions intensity and frequency.

Depending on your goals, your program will include a targeted resistance training program and/or a precise conditioning/cardio program so the two can work together for maximal results.

 

 

 

Unlimited Email Coaching (normally a $150 per month value)

 

Any additional questions you might have about your training program can easily and quickly be answered, because I will give you my personal email address.

You can write me anytime, and I will respond within 48 hours (and usually within 24 hours) to ensure that you stay on the road towards achieving maximal results.

So What Is The Cost of This Comprehensive Coaching Program?

“Why do you require a minimum 2-month commitment?”

I use this time frame because I’ve found that it takes about 8-12 weeks for clients to achieve dramatic transformations in their body and performance.

Plenty of people out there will promise to change your life in one little program. It sounds too good to be true, and that’s because it is. I don’t believe in designing a single program for one simple reason: this simplistic approach will not deliver the results my clients deserve. Even the best single program should not last more than one month, and I need more than one month to create the killer results I am accustomed to seeing on a regular basis.

For example, the first phase of training often involves increasing sluggish metabolic rates or bringing the body to a state of structural balance. Without addressing these potential problems (which often exist in most clients, although they don’t know it) from the outset, future results can be negatively affected, and sometimes in dramatic fashion.

Additionally, as your body changes, your programs must change as well. If you were to take the same program that fit your needs in week one, and use it during week eight, you would simply not reach and maintain your long-term goals. This will be unsatisfactory to you, as well as to me. I expect nothing but the best, and we need adequate time to do the job right.

“How well does long-distance coaching work?”

It works exceptionally well.  Although you will be coached from a distance, this service is extremely personalized. Through the use of objective questionnaires and email support, I facilitate direct communication between myself and my clients, regardless of where they are. You will also have personal email access to me.

“What is expected of me as a client?”

1. Follow the program!
To succeed you must do what is asked of you.  Keep in mind that my programs are designed to be as efficient as possible.  Nothing will be asked of you that is impossible to do.  Before any custom program is designed, I will make a mutual agreement about what you are willing to commit to.  Therefore you should have no problem following the plan that is designed for you.  If you don’t want to adhere to this rule, please don’t apply for this service.

2. Train hard!
This rule is probably obvious.  Your program will be appropriately difficult for your level of fitness so John expects you to work as hard as you can when doing it.

3. Provide us with feedback once per month.
Each individual phase will last approximately one month.  As each 4 week phase nears its end, I need feedback before designing the next 4 week phase.  This helps me to more accurately design the next program based on your recent progress.  This is crucial to your success.
