In some cases, producing no results and wasting your time is actually the BEST case scenario.
The worst case scenarios are developing imbalances between flexors and extensors, worsening of postural alignment or even increasing the risk of injury — obviously not the results youre going after.
The good news is that there are some ab exercises that are safe and actually produce great results — and thats what this post is all about. Im going to share with you three legit ab exercise that are among my all-time favorites.
These exercises are complex in nature. In fact, the technique for them is too difficult to understand from just a simple written description. Thus, to ensure that you perform these movements properly, I decided to shoot a video for you.
In the video, I demonstrate and explain each of the exercises so you can confidently integrate them into your training routine right away.
Just be sure to balance out all of your ab training with extensor training. This is important because your core is only as strong as its weakest link.
